We are entrusting you with the wellbeing of our beloved props from the time they leave the studio until the time they return. It's a big responsibility, but we believe in you : )

Feel free to return your hire before your 7 days are up, however if they're not back in time and you haven't reached out to make sure they're not needed for someone else, we will invoice you for an additional week... eek!

We have a whole lot of first-hand experience with the hectic wrapping-a-shoot dynamic, but we never quite understand returns with missing or dirty props. We take the time to prepare and send reference photos of your hire, pleeeease take the time to check them off and wipe them down before you pack em' up!

Lost or damaged props means we slap you with an unplanned replacement or repair cost. We get slapped with admin, re-sourcing, re-photographing, re-cataloguing (yes, it's a word!), and loss of future income. Please be on your game... we beg you!
